This weeks look was really special for me. It was my first time posting clothes that I have designed.

The outfit fits perfectly into this serious of exploring shades of browns. The suede is so soft and just hugs the body perflectly. This post I will talk more about my experience designing and myself, rather than the outfit, which isn’t released yet.

I’ve always loved clothes. Just wearing things that nobody else is wearing. Or wearing things everyone else is wearing, but in a way no one has seen it before. I use it to explore who I am and how I’m feeling.

Something I really love in other people is when they are not something you expected based on their appearence. I hope to create pieces that are a little different in this way. These pieces are a more interesting take on the classic (and highly recommended staple to your closet) skirt set. A matching skirt and shirt is very business. But the cut and fabric here make it so much more interesting. Board rooms to speakeasy’s anyone? It’s CEO meets the quirky artist.

Designing I have recently discovered as a way to mix my creative talents with my love for fashion clothes and exploring who I am that way. I hope you follow along my journey while I work on this.

This weeks blog post was a little different and a little shorter. But I figured it was time you learnt a little more about me.
